When you have specific questions regarding the KIYO integrity framework and complaints procedure.
When you need guidance and support around possible integrity questions or issues and/or when you consider reporting a complaint. The Integrity Focal Point acts as a sounding board, can serve as the first point of contact for 'wise counsel' and advise on all aspects of the reporting process.
